Srinagar, August 27: After spending the night at a local hotel in the city of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, former Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi are scheduled to visit the famous Mughal Gardens around Dal Lake on Sunday.
The family spends the night at the Dar Al Salam Hotel on the shores of Lake Nijin.
Congress sources said the family will visit Mughal gardens around Dal Lake. Earlier reports had said that the family would visit Gulmarg ski resort on Sunday, but the sources said instead that the family has decided to visit Mughal Gardens now.
The same sources said that the family is on a private visit to the valley.
After completing his week-long visit to Ladakh, Rahul Gandhi arrived here on Friday and his mother joined him on Saturday.
