New Delhi, August 27: Bollywood’s most handsome actor Shahid Kapoor on Sunday congratulated the Indian men’s relay team, which set the Asian record for qualifying for the final at the IAAF World Athletics Championships.
India’s men’s 4x400m relay team caused a stir at the IAAF World Championships by finishing second behind the United States in the semi-final heat, setting the Asian record and qualifying for the final.
The Indian quartet, consisting of Muhammad Anas Yahya, Amuj Jacob, Muhammad Ajmal Variathudi and Rajis Ramesh, ran a wonderful race to set a new Asian record, falling less than three minutes.
