A mixed trend has been seen in equity markets globally. While aggressive selling by foreign investors has continued, the boom in the domestic market has come to a halt. Volatility was seen in the Indian stock market today. The market movement will be seen on how the results of the corporate companies are presented in the future. The Sensex closed down 64.66 points at 66408.39 points. The intra-day high was 66577.60 points and low was 66342.53 points. While the Nifty fell by 17.35 points to close below 19800 at 19794 points. Investors’ capital has increased to 322.08 lakh crores. While in the forex market, the rupee has fallen marginally against the dollar to close at 83.24. The rupee may depreciate to 83.70 against the dollar by next week.
