Preity Zinta writes an emotional farewell letter to her father-in-law, John Swindle

Mumbai, August 27: Actress Preity Zinta has written, in a poignant and heartfelt moment, an emotional letter to her father-in-law, John Swindell, who was recently announced dead. The actress shared an old photo of herself next to him, which she likely took at her wedding to husband Jean Goodenough.

Preeti shared the photo on Instagram, captioning the post, “Dear John, I will miss your warmth, kindness and most of all your amazing sense of humor. I loved going to shoot with you, loved cooking your favorite Indian dishes and having conversations on every topic under the sun.” “

In the photo, Pretty wore a bright red lehenga with elaborate sculpting and a matching blouse. She was also adorned with heavy traditional jewellery, with a sparkling bindi on her forehead.

Her father-in-law was dressed in a plain gray suit with a white shirt and blue tie. He had a bright red tikka on his forehead, and they both smiled at the camera while holding hands.

Pretty married her husband, Jane Goodenough, in Los Angeles in 2016. In 2021, the couple became parents to surrogacy twins.
