Need key ingredients to make Paneer 65?

• Godrej Yummy’s Paneer Pops- 1 packet
• Ketchup- 1 tbsp
• Rye- 1/2 tsp
• Garlic- 7 cloves
• Onion – 1 no
• Pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Neem – 2 leaves
• Salt- as per taste
• Kashmiri chili paste- 1 tsp
• Oil- 1 tbsp
• Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)

This dish Preparation method-

First heat oil in a pot and deep fry Godrej Yummy’s Paneer Pops. Then once fried to crispy and perfection drain and keep aside on a tissue lined plate to drain excess oil. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and rai. and cook until fragrant. Then add curry leaves to red chili paste and ketchup. Add water. Then add pepper and onion to the fried paneer. Toss it well and sprinkle with salt. Finally garnish with pepper and neem leaves.

Want to make this salad
• Godrej Yummy’s American Sweet Corn- 1 packet
• Pepper – 1/2 no
• Onion – 1 no (finely chopped)
• Tomato- 1 no (finely chopped)
• Coriander – 50 grams (finely chopped)
• Lettuce – 50 grams
• Salt- as per taste
• Lime- 2 tbsp
• Jalapeno- 7 slices (chopped)

What do you need to make Mexican seasoning?

• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli- 1 1/2 tsp
• Paprika powder- 1 tsp
• Aromat powder – 1 tbsp
• Salt- as per taste
• Mix Herb- 2 tbsp
• Sugar- 1/2 tsp

Method of preparing this dish

First of all mix all the above mentioned vegetables in a bowl and keep aside. On the other hand, in a bowl mix all the spices, sugar, salt and aromatic powder. Sprinkle the Mexican seasoning over the vegetables, lime juice and a little olive oil. Then pour into a shot glass and chill

Along with this you can also prepare to make avocado mousse. What will it take?

• Avocado- 1 no
• Chillies- 1 no
• Coriander – 30 grams (finely chopped)
• Onion – ½ no (finely chopped)
• Garlic – 4 cloves
• Salt- as per taste
• Cream cheese- 3 tbsp
• Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
• Green chutney – 2 tbsp

Follow the below method to prepare this dish

First, add the seeded and peeled avocado to a food processor. Then add coriander, sauteed onion, garlic and green chillies. Also mix green chutney. Add little salt and blend to a fine puree. Then place in a piping bag with a star nozzle.

Now that both the dishes are ready, put the corn mix in a shot glass, pipe avocado mousse and sour cream. Then stir in the sriracha mayo. Also garnish with olives, cilantro and crackers.

Aloo Tikki Chole Chaat is a third such dish to make during Navratri (Navratri 2023).

What is required to make Aloo Tikki Chole Chaat?

• Godrej Yummy’s Aloo Tikki- 2 nos
• Chickpeas – 1 cup
• Salt- as per taste
• Ginger – 30 grams (julienne)
• Garlic- 2 tbsp
• Tea bags- 2 nos
• Water- 3 cups
• Carrot- 1/2 no
• Radishes- 1/2 no
• Chopped onion – 1/2 no
• Tomatoes- 1 no (finely chopped)
• Coriander – 50 grams (finely chopped)
• Tomato puree- 3 tbsp
• Cumin powder- 1 tsp
• Anant Dhana powder- 1 tsp

Once all the above materials are ready, follow the steps below.

First add soaked chickpeas, ginger, tea bags and salt to the pressure cooker. Add water and cook for 15 whistles and heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onion ginger and garlic and cook till fragrant. Then add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree and cook. Add cumin powder to it. Then remove the tea bags from the boiled gram. And add chickpeas to the pan. and garnish with cilantro.

After this, fry the Godrej Yummy’s Aloo Tikki in a pot of hot oil. Drain and set aside on a tissue lined plate. Also put green chutney and tamarind chutney on tikki chole in a plate. Garnish with carrot, radish, onion and chopped coriander, nylon sev, pomegranate seeds.

• Godrej Yummy’s Millet Patty- 4 nos
• Mayonnaise- 4 tbsp
• Dabeli masala- 2 tbsp
• Ginger- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
• Sev- 4 tbsp
• Coriander – 30 grams
• Masala peanuts – 20 grams
Chillies – 2 nos (chopped)
• Onion – 1/2 no (finely chopped)
• Pav- 2 nos
• Tamarind chutney- 2 tbsp
• Water – as needed

Follow the below method to prepare this dish.

First place the millet patties in an air fryer brush lightly with oil on both sides and cook at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and chillies, add dabli masala and saute until fragrant. Add tamarind chutney and water and cook till done. Cut the lab in half and apply mayo on one side and place the cooked dabeli mix tikki on the other side. Butter the top and bottom and toast the bread until lightly crispy on both sides. Spread the mayo on the open side of the bread and roll it in seve and masala peanuts. Also garnish with peanuts, sev, pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander.

• Dates-400 grams
• Figs-100 gms
• Dry fruit -100 gm

This Modak Follow the below steps to create

First of all take half Godrej Jersey ghee in a pan and fry the chopped almonds in it until fragrant. Also dissolve sugar in water in a pan and add remaining ghee. Then add chopped dates and figs to the other side. Cook the mixture until it comes together. Let the water evaporate completely. Add Cardamom PD to it. Then cool the mixture and shape into greased modak moulds.

Remember to add the mixture to the greased tray and cool it completely. Serve cut into squares to give a new look to the dessert.
