New Delhi, Sports Desk. Pakistan on Friday announced its 15-member squad for the ODI World Cup. With Naseem Shah out, fast bowler Hasan Ali has been included in the team. Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf are already in the 15-man squad. During the team announcement press conference, a reporter asked Inzamam about the form of the duo and compared his performance with that of India’s Kuldeep Yadav, who not only took 5 wickets in the Super 4 game against Pakistan but also took 5 wickets in the Super 4 game against Pakistan. Explaining the decision of selecting Shadab and Nawaz, Inzamam said that the team expects good performance from both of them and further said that Usama Mir is also there as the third spinner in the team.
Let us tell you that Pakistan will take part in two practice matches of the World Cup, in which the first match will be against New Zealand in Hyderabad on September 27. The important match between India and Pakistan will be held on 14 October at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
