Creating a paradigm in the real estate market, a flat in the city is reported to be sold for Rs 100 crore. Located in The Camellias Society on Golf Course Road, this flat has been built by real estate company DLF. It is rumored that Rs 15 crore has been spent on the interior decoration of this flat.
There are three big real estate projects in the Golf Links area. These include mongolias, aralias and camellias. Most of the businessmen or startup founders live here. The price of this 10 thousand square feet flat was estimated at Rs 60 crore four months ago. According to experts, property prices here have increased by up to 40 percent in the last four months.
People associated with the property business say that DLF had initially sold this flat for Rs 85 crore, in which its price has increased after getting the interior work done. Boat founder Aman Gupta and Aakash Educational Service founder Jesse Choudhary also live in Camellias Society.
The project started a decade ago
The Camellias Project began a decade ago. Then the price was Rs 22500 per square foot. In other words, at that time one had to pay about Rs 23 crore for 10 thousand square feet. This increase in prices has happened in just a decade.
The circle rate in Camellias Society is Rs 27,500 per square foot. According to revenue records, till now only flats worth maximum Rs 33 crore have been sold in this society. There is no information about the sale of any flat worth Rs 100 crore.
