Dalai Lama: Tibetan religious leader Dalai Lama admitted to AIIMS, came to Delhi for medical checkup

PTI, New Delhi. Tibetan religious leader Dalai Lama has been admitted to AIIMS, Delhi. News agency PTI quoted sources as saying that the Dalai Lama has been admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi on Sunday evening.

Sources said that he has been admitted to the private ward of the Cardio-Neuro Center and is under the care of Dr. Rajeev Narang, Professor of Cardiology. Sources said that Dalai Lama had come to Delhi for medical checkup, after which he has been admitted to AIIMS.
